I have no doubt. The markets will react negatively to the uncertainty of the OrangeShitGibbons effect on the market but the lost message is that it's the Republicans who demanded the negative provisions in the ACA be included, with the collusion of the insurance providers, in order to get the bill to the floor and then voted against it knowing the ACA would pass because of the Democratic majority so they could say to their constituents that they worked with the Dems on the ACA but never voted for it.. It reminds me of the finger pointing analogy where when you point one finger at someone there's three pointing back at you. These Republican Assh0le$ are pros at projection using that single pointing finger!
