SCROTUS looks like a serial killer clown, especially with that weird neon-yellow hair and the tiny hands and extra-long red tie.

I do have a soft spot for clownin'... my mom did some clown work actually, as she is a huge warmhearted goofball. So I get it.

however.....

some clowns are freaky as hell and scary!! auuughhh *runs*
