The Trump administration has issued a permit authorizing construction of the Keystone XL pipeline across the U.S. border, reversing one of President Barack Obama's most politically charged decisions.
TransCanada this morning announced it received the State Department permit. Now the company needs to receive approval of the pipeline's route through Nebraska, a process that could take several more months.
