The Chump Care vote is a textbook example of the Prisoner's Dilemma

As long as the conservatives and so called moderates hold tight as groups none of the members will be blamed because the bill will never come to the floor.

Maybe in their own minds. I think most Americans know exactly who to blame.

Frankly, I'm surprised people aren't screaming to halt this and Gorsuch due to the huge fecking question mark over Dump admin right now.

OTOH, they will be blamed if they sabotage the Affordable Care Act.
