Kevin McCarhty (R-cowardly douchebag): House can't pass AHAC because of mean Senate

On CNN just now. Yup - the reason the House can't pass their bill is because the reconciliation rules don't allow them to include their entire slate of American-hating, healthcare-depriving ideology in this version of the bill.
