Was Nunes just tipping Trump off? Telling him to quit denying contacts bec. they have tape?

If you put what Adam Schiff said today, there is more than circumstantial evidence, with what Nunes did today, did Nunes go to WH to tell Trump to shut the hell up about something?

I wonder how much of every crazy thing Trump has done was because he is scared? Trying to blame Obama, trying to convince us it is all fake news even the pictures of his inauguration. rushing through big profile legislation to keep us talking about something else, even leaving DC almost every weekend to figure out how to get out of it and moving Ivanka into WH to help him coverup.

I think there are convos on tape about the election with Russians, maybe with Manafort which is why Spicer downplayed his importance today. I just hope it is someone Trump can't distance himself from. Jared, Bannon, hell, Manafort is close enough.

Wouldn't it be beautiful if the tapes are as good as the ones against Nixon? If some Trump person tells Russia Trump knows about the cyber attacks. I wanna know right now!!!!!

If there was evidence of Trump's involvement, the last thing he should be worrying about is denying it.

Saying his concern was for WHO had unmasked names in the reports, and seemingly oblivious to the fact that WHAT was being exposed was the real issue leads me to believe his is not very smart...

That absurd presser where he basically says "I ran over here to blab to the POTUS" was .... "SAD!"

Also, it looks like he may have blurted out classified material, which is a problem too.

Finally, we don't know if that investigation was supposed to be kept from Trump/WH because there are TARGETS in that branch of government....

We'll find out, eventually.

Per Lawrence O'Donnell tonight. It would make sense that Ryan would tell him to put a sock in it but Nunes ran to the WH after that. I've always thought Ryan was dirty.

it might not help Trump any. Trump can't help but lie every time he opens his mouth. He will still find a way to get himself caught in a tangle of lies. Plus he's arrogant and not very bright, so he'll think he can get away with it regardless.

Are the president's phone calls recorded as part of the record?
Or could he still be bugged? Why the rush over for an in-person meet?
Something is seriously amiss.

They are all scared of the intel community collecting even more info (phones/computers, etc..) so now they are doing face to face only.

This is the GOP...

They are the ones who questioned JFK's loyalty because of his religion...
They are the ones who questioned Carter's "toughness" because he strove to NOT fire shots as POTUS...
They are the ones who support lies and liars as standard operating procedure (see fossil fuels, big business, big finance, etc.)
They are the ones who attacked John Kerry's service and championed GWB as a "manly pilot"...
They are the ones who attacked Obama with such venom and hate for 8 straight years...
They are the ones who colluded with Russian interests to attack Clinton campaign and steal an election...

They should hang.
Every. Single. One. Of. Them.
And I will do my level best to watch them all swing.

11. I think that the Sessions thing put him over the edge that night.

He was counting on Sessions to be his AG and be on his "side" if things started coming out. Then he recused himself, leaving Donnie to twist in the wind. That's why he blew up that night, and why he seized on the very first thing that came to his attention next--that article that said Obama had wiretapped. He believed it because he needed to. Needed something to strike back against in the most desperate way.

And he has spent the last few weeks digging himself in deeper and deeper over this, because he is who he is. And it doesn't seem as if there is one person around him who knows how to handle the politics. One blunder after the other. Either that or he doesn't have the ability to follow their advice.

I think that's where Ivanka Trump comes in. Maybe she is one of the few people he will listen to, and one of the few who can calm him down when he goes into his fits. The probably thought, "get her an office right here, so we can call her in when he starts to melt down!" Otherwise he's a bull in a china shop.
