Many of them could be caught in the net if there was a serious investigation.
They will be willing to sell their mothers to protect Trump and his gang of criminals.

The big difference between now and Watergate is that both the House and Senate had Democratic majorities.

With Republican majorities I'm not sure no matter how horrible and blatant the evidence becomes, nothing will be done.
They could be trafficking 6 year olds and the GOP would still prevent any investigation.

Why should Schiff telling the truth get Schiff in trouble?

Both are commenting on the existence of evidence, one is lying, one is being honest.

But as it should be abundantly clear by now, Trump could be caught in a room full of Russian rubles and hookers, and this Congress still wouldn't impeach.
