This is what I don't get about Nunes and Ryan...

If Nunes did speak to Ryan and tell him he was going to brief 45, I would think Ryan would say "DON'T DO IT!!!! It will backfire!!!".

Or maybe Ryan did tell him no and he still did it anyway.
