Pence Expresses Confidence They Have The Votes In House For RepubliCare.....

Yet yesterday before the House meeting with Trump they had 10 reps that were going to vote against it and after the meeting they had 27 reps voting against it.

How could it have gone from 10 to 27 to today that they have the votes so fast? What happened overnight or this a.m.?
