they've reduced us to a puppet state. why would they want to keep that a secret?

And righties and Republicans would automatically respond with "No they're not. Shut up."

Our crossfire style politics would devolve from "Russia is hacking us, how do we stop it?" to "What are crazy liberals saying about totally sweet innocent Russia now? Is it even an issue? Answer... NO!"
