The Heart of Darkness
I am a great fan of The Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad and Apocalypse Now by Francis Ford Coppola and began to think about Kurtz and Willard and their evilness and their dehumanization of everything on the path to their goals. And realized that Trump is Kurtz.
I did a Google search on this and found a few others with this idea. I'm a bit tired of reciting the endless atrocities of tweets and words that Trump spews. From now on my go to response whenever someone brings him up in conversation is that Trump is The Heart of Darkness and refer them to the book or movie.
