Steven Miller is Cersei while Bannon is Tywin Lannister.

Spicer is just too pathetic to be any character in GoT. He's a best, a minor Lanister cousin.

he is just very immature due to his mother's treatment of him. In the series, it does seem they at times portray him with such issues.

I certainly don't mean to correspond Trump with developmental disorders, but with a spoiled brat who technically has power, but is used by others.
