I guess I need another account so I can give it a try.

Guccifer 2.0 was created to cover the tracks of the hacker, so it seems the creator is the hacker, whoever that is.
Stone contacting Guccifer is a ruse, to throw suspicion off Stone. Unless, of course, General Flynn is Guccifer.
