Pence can only vote to break a 50-50 tie. The Republicans only have 52 Senators. If 3 drop out

maybe three Rethug Senators on the no side. With Pence voting,this sucker makes it. Remember,McConnell crafted a special Senate Rule just for this and that only requires only a simple majority. First they will try a Voice Vote at the open of Daily Senate Business,if Schumer is doing his job,this will not happen.
