Should we ignore all the flashing caution lights?

It is politically incorrect to use the word "treason" in regards to any person, unless there is evidence against him?

There is a difference between physical evidence and circumstantial evidence, I would think?

Does that mean, since we only have circumstantial evidence, that we should not investigate the charges of Russian involvement in our elections?

Would that mean that those secretive meetings, in the Trump Tower and in Sessions office, should not be investigated?

Were they being secretive because they knew the government "intelligence agencies" would be paying special attention to the Russian officials, including their ambassador, since the story of Russian involvement broke?

There was nothing peculiar going on, the Trump White House just wanted to keep all the meetings and phone calls secret and from the public view.

Is it negligent to ignore such signals?

surrounded themselves with people super friendly to Russia. Now I ask, how many of the secrets have been passed across the ocean?

The penalty for espionage is pretty severe, as the Rosenbergs found out.

Don't need an argument about whether its during a war or not.

We do not have to be at war with another country for an American citizen to be guilty of espionage.

(Remember the right wing John Birch Society book, "None dare Call It Treason" -the author even attacked drafted Korean War soldiers for being "too soft." Alas those were the "good old days" of right wing madness).

Treason is not only a legal term with a narrow definition. In can be used

In general "treason means a betrayal of a person or entity to whom one owes a duty.. One can betray one's country without necessarily fitting our legal definition.

I think Flynn's actions have been a betrayal of us. He has has acted treasonably just by hiding his allegiance to a foreign power.

Under globalism we can expect to see more people acting treasonably as allegiances multiply. We should name it what it is.

Is cause for investigation

The existence of overwhelming circumstantial evidence has resulted in many convictions
and is often what eventually leads to the discovery of direct physical evidence....

We all know that
The Kremlin Klan & supporters will pounce all over the "misuse" of specific terms as a way to deflect attention from the actions in question....,

So, while many (secretive & blatant) actions may indicate the "spirit" of treason... legally, they probably do not meet the standard....

but in each instance where there is evidence supporting the existence of
a working relationship,
collaboration,
information sharing, etc....
there exists the very real possibility that collectively the actions may meet the legal standard of collusion, conspiracy, foreign agency, espionage etc........

There's more than one path to the desired destination...
