1. His district is gerrymandered. He lost the actual city of

Janesville.

3. As AJT said, it was almost mathematically impossible

for Ryan to lose in a district that was one of the worst gerrymanders in the country. Our WI districts must be redrawn before the next election so he may very well lose. That may be why he's so hysterical about destroying health care and medicaid NOW. It's most likely his last shot.
