But the Repubs have promised to repeal and replace the ACA.

Pass it and many in their base lose coverage and finally wake up furious.
Don't pass it and their base will be furious.

Oh what a dilemma they are in now.

It's better that they be damned than the people be damned. The people do not deserve to lose coverage, have to choose between medication and food or live in fear that they can't get care. Screw that.
