Yet another key figure in the Trump-Russia scandal has suddenly dropped dead. A meeting was organized between Donald Trumps attorney Michael Cohen, Russian mafia figure Felix Sater, and Ukrainian traitor Andrii Artemenko. They crafted a Kremlin-backed plan which involved Trump using Russian blackmail to oust the president of the Ukraine. That plan was delivered to Michael Flynns just before he resigned. The meeting was organized by Alex Oronov and now hes dead.
Alex Oronov was the father in law of Michael Cohens brother, making them extended family.
Oronov did business in the Ukraine and was connected to Artemenko. It was Artemenko who angrily announced today in an extended Russian-language rant on his Facebook page that Oronov has died. And while he doesnt say specifically how Oronov died, he directly blames the New York Times article which first exposed the secret plan for causing his death. In other words, hes vaguely suggesting that Oronov was murdered (perhaps by Vladimir Putin and the Kremlin) as a result of having been publicly exposed.
Talking Points Memo has more details on the death of Alex Oronov, who died two days ago. This makes him at least the fourth Trump-Russia conspirator to die during the scandal. In all, seven prominent Russian operatives have died since the scandal began. Palmer Report has been documenting a running list.
Sergei Krivov died at the Russian consulate in New York on election day with his skull bashed in. Oleg Erovinkin, a former KGB agent who contributed intel to the Trump-Russia dossier, was found dead in the back of a car. Sergei Mikhailov, another Russian intel agent, was dragged out of a meeting with a bag on his head.

Wonder who else besides Sessions flew down to Mar-a-Lago to huddle with tRump tonight?? Inquiring minds want to know. Can't trust their phones.. ..gotta do a face to face meeting for this. How much has this cost the tax payers just in transportation costs??

(70,589 posts)There are actually 9 dead Russians in the last 2 months.
These nine Russians have either been murdered, died suddenly or vanished into the depths of the Lubyanka prison in the last two months
1: Vitaly Churkin, Russias Ambassador to the UN. officially of a heart attack. Feb 20, 2017.
2: Sergei Krivov, employee of Russian consulate in NY. Officially of heart attack despite his skull having been bashed in. May have fallen from consulate roof. Feb. 15, 2017
3, 4, 5: Kaspersky employee Ruslan Stoyanov and FSB officers who specialised in cyber security, Sergei Mikhailov and Dmitry Dokuchayev. Sergei Mikhailov were charged with treason. Mikhailov was dragged out of a meeting with a bag over his head, and is now now almost certainly dead. Odds are the other two gentlemen followed close behind. Jan 23, 2017
6: Andrey Melanin, Russian Consul in Greece was found dead in his Athens apartment. Jan 9, 2017
7: Oleg Erovinkin, a former KGB General who had helped Chris Steele assemble the infamous dossier. Found dead in the trunk of his car in Moscow. Dec. 26, 2016
8. Andrey Karlov, Russian Ambassador to Turkey, murdered on live television. Dec. 20 2016
9. Petr Polshikov Russian diplomat, was found shot to death in Moscow. Dec. 20, 2016 (just after Karlov's murder).
Dead men tell no tales.
