The camera angles for both live shots on MSNBC were both very low to the ground so you could only see a few foreground people. At a few points you could see beyond the closeups. The crowd was in the tens of people.

Hell, I'm watching FOX for footage, and a reporter was just at trump tower, but the camera was aimed upwards, so all I could see were sides of buildings, really. Dagnabbit. (my old iPad doesn't let me see YouTube or live streaming or - nuttin!)
