or any of that even makes it through committees, committee votes, floor scheduling, floor debates, amendments from the floor, and to a final vote to eventually go over to the Senate for the same treatment, then none if it is going too far any time soon.

Some of those items might be fast-tracked due to them being "red meat", but otherwise....

They NEED to work on appropriations for FY 2017 because the entire federal government is still operating on a CR (until April 28th). And the "debt ceiling" is due for action (increase) some time this month...

comin' like a freight train.

Tea Party Republicans have already said the estimated reset of $20 trillion will take Democrats to pass, they won't pass it.

Treasury will have to start using gimmicks to sustain funding the federal government.

Do we even have a Treasury Department?

Washington — A senior Senate Democrat is asking the Treasury Department to evaluate whether President Donald Trump and his family’s business associates and possible investors from Russia and other countries have violated U.S. laws against financing terrorism, money laundering and other illicit activities.

Trump’s refusal to jettison or disclose investments that create potential conflicts of interest raises concern over his extensive international holdings, Sen. Sherrod Brown of Ohio said in a letter Thursday to the new Treasury secretary, Steven Mnuchin. Brown is the senior Democrat on the Senate Banking Committee.

Brown asked Mnuchin whether he has requested or received from Trump and his family a complete list of their investors and business partners.

The Treasury Department has responsibility to enforce U.S. laws and sanctions against terrorist financing, bank secrecy and money laundering.

We have a private company that can print limitless amounts of greenbacks. How else we going to pay for $603 billion dollars worth of military this year?

American capitalism never runs out of money.

Amazing how Russia and the GOP line up in ideology. I hope Dem leaders are out there shouting at the top of their lungs about this.

Home schooling is a very small number. People will stop sending their kids to school, to save money because now it will be come an economic issue and not one of where you move to and live.

DNC needs to be hammering home the loss of the EPA and Education how devestating it will be. American public education (despite what corporate news tells you) is still one of the best in the world.

But hey lies win and so do criminals, it looks like that is America 2017.

Also, I seriously doubt there will be an ACA replacement bill. They'll repeal the ACA, but they have no need (in their little minds, at least) to write a new federal healthcare plan. About all we'll get from this bunch is HSAs, changing employer-provided healthcare from pretax to after-tax income, and selling insurance across state lines.
