Has anyone else had trouble accessing DCReports.org this evening?

This is David Cay Johnston's non-profit site and was referenced by Rachel tonight when she interviewed him about a recent article featured on the site. The piece was written by a Mr. Henry and detailed how many times Trump's campaign plane just happened to be at the same airport at the same time as a named Russian oligarch and Putin crony.

I had actually saved the article to read later and when Rachel plugged it I tried to retrieve it and failed. I then tried to access the DCReports.org site and again failed. Each time I was told that DCReports.org was "failing to respond".

Anybody know what's up?

3. UPDATE - wrong website name in OP!

The correct web site is DCReport.org - no "s".

But it is not loading - either it has been hacked or the site exceeded the band width available to it - or both.

24. Can no longer access DCreport

I posted the above link to the DCreport facebook page yesterday. It is an article by James S Henry re Wilbur Ross and his Russian connections. It also has information about Trump in the piece. I was able to read it before I posted it as a reply to a woman who had also posted it to DCreport's FB page - she noted how she could no longer access the article. After I replied with "try this", which was the same article/link, but one that I was able to access, I went in and clicked on the link and the article again came up for me from the DCreport website. Tonight, when I went to read the article (it is very extensive), I received the message "Error", and it said I could no longer access the website. So it looks like I have been blocked from access to DCreport's website. I can, at least for now, still get on their FB page. So not sure why I am blocked from their website. I had heard David Johnston on a radio station called Detroit Today with Stephen Henderson on Monday. The station is WDET fm, Detroit's main public radio station. That's why I went into DCreport's facebook page, since he stated how they were doing extensive reporting and wanted the public to be made aware of himself and the website. Note: I was just able to get into the DCreport website, which had the article about Trump's tax return on their webpage. But still can no longer access the article about Wilbur Ross and his Russian connections.

According to David Cay Johnston himself - who let us know here - apparently the site has had technical issues when too many people attempt to access it at once, which probably happened tonight, as well.

28. DCReport.com is David Cay Johnston's site - he posted the Trump 2005 1040 yesterday

On Rachel Maddow's show last night he mentioned that his site had crashed. Rachel said her site at MSNBC.com had, also.

I suspect that Johnston's site is hosted with a limited amount of bandwidth and this is the second time in a month that the traffic has exceeded what is allotted to that site.

Today I can connect to the article your link goes to so I think the site overload is over for the moment.

9. Sorry about the mis-naming of the site but, as I mentioned, even the "saved" article with the

totally correct website name was unavailable and generated the same message to the effect that DCReport.org was not responding.

Hopefully with being mentioned on Rachel's show the site just exceeded the expected bandwidth. David Cay Johnson can get with his webhost tomorrow and up the bandwidth and it will all be good.

Several things have happened to our website DCReport.org since Rachel Maddow had me on Friday night and said such nice things about our mostly volunteer (including me) nonprofit news service.

We were inundated last night -- how wonderful -- but this morning there are technical indications that we also may be under attack. The technical details are way above my shoe leather pay grade.

We pay for security to protect our website, but of course it is not perfectly prophylactic.

One we know what happened we will report no matter what the facts show.

And, folks, it is SINGULAR -- DCReport.
