Forced Labor in the US? (Walmart)

Ana Rosa Diaz is forced to work 24 hour shifts with no overtime pay for a Walmart supplier. Her supervisor threatens to beat her and her coworkers with a shovel to keep them from taking breaks.

Ana isn't located in some faraway place. She is working in Louisiana with a work visa.

Worst of all, Ana isn't alone. Throughout Walmart's supply chain globally and in local communities, the company is driving down living and work standards for all of us.

As Walmart celebrates its 50th anniversary, communities around the world are sending the company a message. From a 10,000 person march in Los Angeles to Ana leading her coworkers to bravely speak out, we are telling Walmart that we will not stand for another 50 years of their profit-at-any-cost business model.

Support Ana and others with compelling stories of why we need to change Walmart. Click here http://makingchangeatwalmart.org/select-an-e-anniversary-card-for-walmart-below-2/ to choose a worker or community member and send their wish for the next 50 years to Walmart.

Best,

Making Change at Walmart
