Not happy to see my Congressman (Kind) on that list. I want to hear what he has to say for himself.

On edit, not at all happy that the Congressman's email "contact me" form will not load, and I cannot ask him why he voted this way.

His website lists that he 'doesn't like Executive Privilege', and saw no reason why Holder should withhold documents from Congress. (Like maybe it being illegal for Holder to do so??)
