Who are the 17 Dems who voted incorrectly on Holder?

The smoke has cleared. Not only did these folks not walk out of the vote to screw over Holder, they voted with Republicans to censure him:

Jason Altmire (PA-04)
John Barrow (GA-12)
Dan Boren (OK-02)
Leonard Boswell (IA-03)
Ben Chandler (KY-08)
Mark Critz (PA-12)
Joe Donnelly (IN-02)
Kathy Hochul (NY-28)
Ron Kind (WI-03)
Larry Kissell (NC-08)
Jim Matheson (UT-02)
Mike McIntyre (NC-07)
Bill Owens (NY-23)
Collin Peterson (MN-07)
Nick Rahill (WV-03)
Mike Ross (AR-04)
Tim Walz (MN-01)

He/she only votes when it looks like it may be very close. Occasionally they will vote when they are trying to make a public statement on something but that is not common.

That is no excuse but they felt their chances of reelection were safer if they went lobbyist over party.

Cowards in other words.
Whores might be another way of saying it.

Blue dog scum might be yet another.

Larry Kissell is not so bad, but represents a very conservative district he was lucky to wrest from Republican hands and will be lucky to retain.

so you can imagine that district, the seat for which the pukes were vying for big time.

Altmire was a given.

He is already re-districted out of his seat. He could have voted against the censure if he had a spine.

Turncoats:

2 in PA, 2 in MN, 2 in NY, 2 in NC. Obama should carry all these states.

7 singles in GA, OK, KY, ID, WV, IA, WI, IN, UT. Obama should carry 2 of these states - Iowa and Wisconsin.

Kathy Hochul - Shame on you, although I think I understand the vote. She won this seat in a special election in a very red district. I was so thrilled to see it finally go blue. Now the powers that be redrew the district and made it even redder. Her new well-financd opponent for the seat accused her of "masquerading as a moderate" in this morning's Buffalo News. In order to hang on to this seat she's going to have to make some unpopular votes. Still, I'd rather keep her voting with the Dems most of the time than her opponent who will vote with Republicans ALL the time.

Bill Owens - I believe he's representing the Watertown area, also very very red.

I'm still disappointed in both of them on this vote.

We're talking about 17 Democrats who made history by turning their backs on a Cabinet member (and President) for no good reason. Even 2 Republicans saw the light and the Boner chose not to vote at all. The Republicans are the ones who made it partisan, and 17 Dems went along with them.

A border agent died, they could have just stayed and cast their votes against it and made a statement. I personally do not like how they handled this.

Bill Owens is the first Democratic congressman from this district in a long, long time, maybe the first ever! He generally votes with the Party. I can forgive him this vote.
