Sessions is up to his neck in Russian ties involving his aides and close connections with Michael Flynn, Stephen Miller (who went from working for Sessions to working for Trump) and Carter Page plus other people with Russian ties that Sessions and his staffers hooked up with Trump campaign.

The Washington Post contacted all 26 members of the 2016 Senate Armed Services Committee to see whether any lawmakers besides Sessions met with Kislyak in 2016. Of the 20 lawmakers who responded, every senator, including Chairman John McCain (R-Ariz.), said they did not meet with the Russian ambassador last year. The other lawmakers on the panel did not respond as of Wednesday evening.

“Members of the committee have not been beating a path to Kislyak’s door,” a senior Senate Armed Services Committee staffer said, citing tensions in relations with Moscow. Besides Sessions, the staffer added, “There haven’t been a ton of members who are looking to meet with Kislyak for their committee duties.”

And i would bet it began the day after Obama rightly destroyed Trump at the correspondents dinner. Thinskinned piece of shit can't take a well-deserved joke, so he's gonna go ahead and fuck over the whole damned country, and he's gonna call in every favor and chip he has out there, cut every dirty deal and corner he can with whoever he needs to to do it. Treason? Who cares. Because the Black Man laughed at me, that's why.

And you know what? The idiots who voted for him don't give 2 fucks, either, because they think the Black Man was laughing at THEM, too. Because they're just like Trump.

The Dworkin Report starts with a 1987 trip Trump made to Russia:

Exhibit 1 (December 14, 1987)
President-elect Trump on his travels to Moscow
According to a 1987 Interest Rate Observer article, President-elect Trump says he likes the
people in Russia, and the people like him.
Excerpt:
“He [President-elect Trump] has flown to Moscow. ‘I like the people, and the people like me,’ he says, sounding a little proprietary about the people.”

<SNIP>

Exhibit 2 (May 19
, 1997)
President-elect Trump commissioned a $40 million statue by a Russian artist
The statue was created by Russian artist Zurab Tsereteli, cost $40 million, and was a solid bronze likeness of Christopher Columbus. President-elect Trump had originally planned to place the statue in Manhattan, but it ended up in Puerto Rico. The statue would have been 6 feet taller than the Statue of Liberty.
