there will be no democratic takeover in 2018 while the Russians are still infiltrating our email and election systems. Now that they have 45, Pence, Bannon, Ryan and McConnell holding key positions - and throughout Congress and soon the SCOTUS. Everything is in place for the continued gutting of all checks and balances until there is no possibility for successful resistance. We're completely screwed without drastic intervention by the IC and/or the military.

a prosecutor would likely find there was no illegality, and then the issue would be closed. The goal at this point is not to determine legality, but yes to get any moles out of the WH.

An independent commission of intelligence professionals who know how to investigate such things could get them out much more quickly.
