The bar cannot be set any lower.
I don't know why people set the bar so low. The same was true for W.
The bar was set so low that all he needed to do was keep from pissing himself behind the podium, and suddenly he's "Presidential" and "A Great Orator."
He's still the same whiny little bitch he was yesterday morning.
