CBS poll finding 82% said Trump was "presidential" had only 18% liberals, 23% Dems

The devil's in those little details...

The CBS article that's the first link there admits they polled more Republicans. It just doesn't say how biased the group they polled was.

The group polled was also 56% male, 66% age 45+, only 32% college grad or post grad.

So they polled Trump's base.

95% of the people trump has appointed want to destroy the agencies they are responsible for.

The people who are part of his team are racists, antisemites, sexists, and xenophobes.

What does that say?

I doubt more than 18% of the audience was liberal.

I was too busy plucking out nose hairs with tweezers to go through the pain of watching Trump.

10. Of course they have to poll only those who watched, but when the bias is so extreme,

they should be more specific about that in the story itself, not leave that fact buried in the raw data from the poll.

... like watch our Netflix movie or go out to dinner for Mardi Gras instead of watching the speech.

Way worth it!

11. I kind of figured they over-sampled the right-wingers.

But, I'm going to guess this is an accurate distribution of the audience. Most likely, his base dominated the viewership, while most of the rest of us just can't stomach watching him.
