She took a picture from that position in order to get all of the subjects in the frame. This is shown in the pic immediately prior to the one we're all lampooning.

In the much-mocked image, she's checking the pic that she just snapped, to see if she got everyone.

She's kneeling in that position (i.e., "her behavior&quot because it was the best way to get all of the people in the picture.

It's fun to mock her, of course, but we're going to look like idiots if we don't shut up about this.

Keep it to yourself. You keep speaking for me. You do so while referencing things I have never said. That is extremely shady. Now you are PMing me with your bullshit. Keep it to yourself. It is truly classless to communicate in the dishonest manner in which you have. If you want to go that far in making things up, do it publicly on the board, as you have been doing. to this since so many thoughts run through my mind. But, have to say the first thought is "tacky". I read an article in the Washington Post, that said "liberals" are making a big deal out of this picture and that it wasn't that big of a deal. WRONG.

As one who was born and raised in the Deep South, you can bet your shiney ass that there are many southern, conservative, GOP women, "whispering" about how "un-ladylike" this is. Can you imagine Laura Bush, Michelle Obama, or Hillary Clinton sitting like this? I couldn't even see the Bush twins doing it.

And not to mention how unprofessional it looks. I strongly believe the way one carries themself is a true testament to their moral code. Have a little class for pete's sake, Kellyanne.

Maybe on a Friday night, at home, while eating pizza and watching a movie, but here, in this setting. Um, No.

I sit with my legs folded all the time, but not in a skirt. Particularly not in front of a bunch of men in a professional situation.

I can't stand Conway, but all this cluck clucking about her "unladylike" posture in one photo

seems a bit over the top.

69. A man sitting like that in a professional setting would be bizarre too.

Even more bizarre if he was wearing shorts that allowed people to see his drawers from certain angles.

This one photo would have gone virtually unnoticed were it someone politically "approved" and I think we all know that.

As for "seeing his drawers", the only way hers could be seen is if someone bent over sideways to see them.

But, yeah, the tweet thing makes her sound worse, so let's go with that.

110. Is your opinion based on more than just the photo?

Based from both the angle of her phone and the angle she was sitting, it looks like she was either tweeting or checking email without context on when the photo was taken. Everyone else still seems camera-ready.

I don't know the backstory, so if you would be so kind as to explain why you perceived the photo that way, it would be much appreciated. A link would really help, but if you don't have one handy I understand.

111. From what I have read

she said that right before this picture was taken, she had taken the picture of all those present with Trump. As the picture was snapped, she was looking at the picture on her phone to see if she needed to take another. That explanation makes sense to me. I could try find the article I read, but I'm sure there are multiple out there saying that.

I don't think I read it on the Telegraph, but this is the top link that came up. This article has a photo of her on the sofa taking a picture of everyone.

117. Thanks. I'm still slightly unconvinced, since she was holding her phone in portrait mode.....

... and the photo was in landscape. But if does give *some* other explanation, I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt... somewhat.

I would have expected if she was sitting that way and at that angle it was a photo for her to share, not a test for the eventual photo or an attempt to avoid being over the seal on the floor.

The misogynistic attacks have been uncalled for. Takei's "Don't pick on her, she's a double amputee from the Bowling Green Massacre", however, was funny. Very very funny.

To publicize it. Shich seems like she's trying to not marginalize them. But, hey, she's a horrible person so let's go after her about this. Which makes us look silly, but do carry on.

I don't like her. At all. But making this the thing we are going to hit her hard on is just silly.

67. Don't care

I can see that she is in that position to take photos. Don't care. I don't care that her shoes are on the couch. I don't care what she is wearing, which is a completely regular dress that a woman of any age can wear if she chooses. It is very disappointing to read some of the responses here. Plenty of misogyny to go around.

I care about the fact that a picture of Kellyann goes unnoticed by the GOP humpers, but if Michelle had dared to tuck her feet under her on the Oval Office couch while taking pics you can bet your sweet bippy that GOP nuts would have Damn near burned the White House down.
