about it. I think it was Phil Batt at the time. I told him I had a plan for if we really got rid of all the migrant workers.

Every able bodied unemployed citizen would be registered and when needed, they would be called up and put on a bus to go harvest the crops. The key was that economic status would have nothing to do with it. Rich or poor, if you got called up, your ass was on the bus! I was kidding of course, but a plan like that would adjust some attitudes I bet.
