Patrick Gaspard writes on Twitter, it's constitutional. Bitches.

Dem's tweet spikes the ball on health care, draws ire

Some Republicans took issue with an off-color tweet by the Democratic National Committee's executive director on Thursday, immediately following the Supreme Court's announced decision to uphold the federal health care law.

it's constitutional. Bitches.

Thirty minutes later, the DNC official, who once served as the White House political director under President Barack Obama, offered a semi-clarification.

I let my scotus excitement get the better of me. In all seriousness, this is an important moment in improving the lives of all Americans.

However, that didn't stop a snowballing uproar to play out on Twitter. As of Thursday mid-afternoon, the message had been re-tweeted more than 1,650 times, with both positive and negative reactions.

Their little plot was to 'tie him to ACORN'. Having succeeded in demonizing a great organization, they then used it to demonize all the others on their list of targets.

Which is why it was so wrong for Dems to allow them to do what they did to ACORN, thinking they would stop. They never stop and won't until they are confronted.

talk this way and tweet this way and blog this way 24/7. And not only do they express disbelief when they are called on it, they double-down in the name of the "1st Amendment" and call the complainers a bunch of whiners.

Here's one of your own back at ya!

My virgin ears.

I like his reaction. I liked Joe Biden's reaction. Nothing wrong with a little profane celebration when the time warrants it.
