On Fox News, Karl Rove claims that the decision to uphold ObamaCare is a boost for the president, but will actually "enhance the controversy," politically.
"It's an extraordinary step.
.... If this is actually the decision, it's a boost for the president, but it doesn't make the controversy go away.
