I consider my liberal co-workers more productive in regards to actual results than conservative ones.
Where, many of the conservatives I met either create decisions that usually gunk up the process with a hare-brained scheme of thinking that a new method will make things better while many liberals I met simplify and co-ordinate to make things work, where they have to create work arounds to get things working.

Good luck firing them liberals, watch your productivity decrease.
