Summary of key points made by Papantonio and Nichols on the Ed show today re ACA

On level, of course, it is a victory for Obama - and puts Romney in a rather awful (and deserved) box.

But.....Mike P and John N both noted that this is likely two things - what R Reich stated (face saving for Roberts/the court in general re their reputation), and a win for Roberts/Insurance companies re $$$.

And - that earlier Roberts votes this week - Citizens United and Unions - is more the true colors of the man.

So I think it is about pragmatism - for Obama's reelection and for those who benefit from the ACA, it is a good thing. But there is still the other stuff, which needs to continue to be focused upon.
