Caregiver who gave lapdance to 100 year old man and talked sexually to him faces charges

The comments on these stories tend to skew towards men saying, "That's what I'd want to happen to me when I'm 100" and women saying, "That was totally inappropriate. He has dementia!"

A 26-year-old former nursing home employee in Sandusky, Ohio, was charged after she performed lewd acts in front of a 100-year-old resident that were captured on cellphone video, police said this week.

"She is basically harassing him," Sandusky Police Department Detective Anthony Bath told KTLA sister station WJW.

The care worker, Brittany Fultz, faces a charge of gross sexual imposition, but it's possible she could face additional charges, WJW reported on Tuesday.

"It's disturbing," Bath said of the incident, which took place in December. "She is touching him. This was not something he wanted."

The video was taken by another former caregiver who was in the room at the time. The footage shows Fultz performing alleged lewd acts in front of the man and then straddling his leg, Bath said.

If he did not give consent or his mental state was such that he could not give informed consent then she should be charged.

While I initially felt some sympathy for her when I started this post, it went away when I realized how I would have felt if the situations had been reversed and that had been my grandmother.

and lose her license.

What a stupid thing to do, any way around it.

Some people never lose their sex drive, but it's unethical and usually illegal to be sexually involved with a client, patient.

and her co-worker who filmed it is no longer employed by the facility, probably because she waited to tell facility instead of informing them immediately.

The worker was actually taunting and ridiculing a male resident by doing it. She was fired and charged. I'm afraid I don't remember what the ultimate outcome was.

Did the guy have money, which she thought she could grab, or was she just a weirdo female sexual deviant?
