ironically - he will have 'made America great again'. Only not the way he wanted to do it.

In Washington.

I told her how proud she made me, and how those women were gonna change the world.

She was concerned that what they were doing would make no difference. I was thrilled to explain to her that she was making so much more than just a difference.

Thank you, all protestors!

because it's never been done before. We are in new territory now. ANYTHING is possible. I feel it.

What most definitely CAN be done is to continue to put heavy pressure on politicians who have been supporting Donald Trump. The recent town hall meetings and stories about legislators who are afraid to even show up for them is illustrative.

Donald Trump can resign from the presidency at any time he chooses. The path to that is to convince legislators to refuse to support his initiatives (assuming he ever actually comes up with any). Pressure on people who will stand for election again in 2018 can be hugely effective. Show them that they will most certainly lose if they continue to support Trump. Make them understand that.

Soon enough, a Republican House member or a few will announce that they no longer support something Trump wants. Once that ice is broken, continuing pressure on other legislators will prompt additional non-support. Probably the issue that is most useful is the ACA (Obamacare). That seems to be the one that is generating the most blow-back against Republican legislators.

There are other issues, though. The Russian connection is another that can be brought to bear.

The best way to remove Trump from the White House will be through a resignation. I suspect he has already thought about it. The more isolated and unpopular he becomes, the more he will think about it. And, as Republicans in Congress begin to fall away in their support for him, he will think about it even more.

We must keep the pressure up. We must increase that pressure. We CAN force Trump to finally resign, and we CAN do it fairly quickly. His hold on his own self-esteem is fragile. His hold on his own sanity is fragile. Let's push him as hard as we can. He will break.
