Barking mad member of British royalty rises to power. Peter O'Toole is fabulous. I've thought of it a hundred times in the past month.

Bizarre story about an aristocratic former mental patient (Peter O'Toole) who first thinks he's Christ, then Jack the Ripper. By turns, witty and abrasive. Not for everyone.
