2009 the tea party was an astroturfed top down political creation invented by the republicans and their moneyed interests.

We said it. We argued it at the time. Media never addressed and called these people patriots as they strutted around town halls with guns strapped to their hips and legs with racist signs. With the main purpose being to keep healthcare from citizens of this country.

Fast forward to 2017. Democrats are protesting and airing their views peacefully to our representatives and the media says some of it is orchestrated by the party. Giving credibility to the crazy nuts that there is a conspiracy against Trump.

God damn these asses giving even one shred of credibility to these evil fuckers who wanted nothing but bring this country back to 1890. Where there are no worker protections. Women were chattel. And persons of color were second class citizens.

It is madening and unfair. It is biased bullshit that is harmful to this country.

6. Never trust the American Media

The Fawning Corporate Media is not our friend. Even when they're saying stuff that sounds like music to our ears. They are, whether the people can admit it or not, purveyors of Fake News. Where's those WMD's? The Tea Party got tons of press with their little gatherings while right around the corner Occupy crowds were ignored or derided. The refugees in Syria are a direct result of our invasion of Iraq and the chaos and hell we unleashed. Global warming deniers in Congress are simply pro-pollution hacks whoring for their Big Oil masters. Ronald Reagan wasn't more popular than Mickey Mouse, and Americans are down the line Liberals in their views of how this country should be managed. Racism is far more important to those "value" voters than the press would like to discuss and the average wage for a worker in the USA is less than $27K per year. In other words, half make less than that, much less in a lot of cases.
