Yes. Roberts provides a rational, nuanced decision in upholding the law.

No. The reasoning in this decision is fractured and incorrect.

I don’t know. I’ll have to read the whole decision, along with the concurring and dissenting decisions, before I decide myself.

I disagree with Roberts and think that the law was also valid under the commerce clause but voted yes in this poll

I have to say it felt a bit strange to be voting FOR something Roberts supported but I was happy to do so in this instance.
