QUESTION: Do you think price control will be the "TAX" now?
Since there is no collection enforcement of the "tax" for not having health care under ACA for the first two years and then it's capped at 695usd after that why in the world would someone who CAN'T afford health care just pay the tax and get on the spot insurance?
Either the insurance companies lower prices or everyone will just pay the "tax" who doesn't get health insurance from their companies...
What other ways can HIC's keep prices high?
