of brightest Generals in the military. You have to wonder what that will do to his career.

I think this is a trap for Trump. He can't get an outside loyalist a la Bannon to take the job. I bet everybody he asked turned it down. I bet the last thing he wanted was a non-loyalist in the job, someone who would regard his duty to the Constitution and the Rule of law as a higher priority than serving the ego of a depraved and illegitimate president.

And is on record saying military leaders should challenge war plans when they are unclear, inadequate and dumb. He would have been fired by Bush and Cheney because he felt they went into Iraq with similar conceits as we had during Vietnam. Will be interesting to see how he deals with fascists assclowns like Miller and Bannon.
