job for life if you want it, you're at the top of your profession, only criminal convictions are likely to get you thrown out.

So whether or not cons and repubs say nasty things about him (and yeah, the Freepers have started already, no surprise there - eg "Benedict Arnold&quot , it needn't matter much to him - only if he had contemplated retiring early and cashing in with partnerships, directorships, speech circuit etc. And realistically, there'll still be plenty of that available to him if he wants.

Ginsberg took flak last week for one of her decisions that didn't reflexively favor unions.

And wait to see how many Reddish-Purple State Dems go under the bus after today's Holder contempt vote.
