I was hoping for for Kennedy or maybe Alito but I never gave a prayer to Roberts joining the left side for an opinion.

He actually seems like a very fair judge, which means I'm probably only going to agree with half of his decisions.

out of Bush for Chief Justice.

Of course, Alito more than balanced out what little good Roberts does most of the time.
