What are the chances that Sessions had contact with the Russians during the campaign?

If the spooks have the goods on Sessions it makes Trump's position even more untenable. It would also be a perfect end to the career of a cretin like Sessions.

They track every communication in the US, but every call to/from DC, every call involving a foreign or domestic politician, especially. Wikileaks is going to have a big year once transcripts start getting leaked.

Allowed fairly recently via an Obama EO. And the increased access leading to Wikileaks.

The question is whether Sessions, who was a major player in the campaign, actually made any of those calls himself. His Justice Department will be a huge firewall to protect Trump. If he's brought down in the whole thing himself, it will destabilize the administration probably beyond their ability to save it.
