(10,063 posts)If Trump is made to look ridiculous enough, he will explode. Here's hoping!

(81,458 posts)My husband and I were just talking about that! Seriously. What hurts trump most is to become the object of ridicule. He's spent his whole life on "importanizing" himself. Not so much building his big buildings (which he probably sees as reflections of him - towers big and tall - ahem!) but building his own little self. His ego. His persona. HE'S the brand, after all. So if shade is thrown on that brand, and he's turned into an object of broad-based (big an tall!) ridicule, that kinda pees on the brand. And of course, with all the Sunday shows treating SNL as a "MUST cover" story, it's just gonna be rubbed in his face some more.
He WISHES nobody watched. He WISHES nobody tunes in to that "failed" show with the "bad" ratings - that are, now, once again - just like he thinks HE'S entitled to be: big and tall! AND this morning after, it's once again the talk-o'-the-town. As he thinks HE'S entitled to be.
Here's hoping, INDEED, Lonestarblue!
