SOME ASPECTS of the Russian dossier. It is not yet clear which aspects, however.
It is still being investigated, the sources say.
Golden showers or not, it appears that something might stick here, so to speak...

But I have seen numerous threads on the same subject matter, sometimes created within seconds or minutes of each other, other times many hours or even days apart. It's an inevitability here with so much activity at this site, particularly with timely issues.
Really, it's nothing to lose your head over, anneboleyn.

(17,122 posts)There are times when I wouldn't know about something if I didn't catch a later thread. This business of "take your thread down because my thread was first" doesn't really work for me. More threads means more exposure, no?
On the Pacific Time Zone, sometimes it's better for us to catch a later thread.

(6,537 posts)Republicans don't care if he's a traitor, as long as he's their traitor. He's their useful idiot who will sign what's put in front of him, and they think the more that people are frightened, the more voters will flock to what they're selling.
True Dough
(17,306 posts)At some point public opinion will hold enough sway that some of the ReThugs will be forced to act against Trumpf and some of his administration, which may be in their own best interest. If enough Republican voters and independents are disgusted by scandal after scandal, the house of cards will eventually collapse, IMO. Republicans will hold on to power, but some of the dirt will get swept away. Looks like Gen. Flynn might be first.

(31,261 posts)Republicans will impeach him in a New York minute to get a Pence or Ryan into the Oval Office.
usaf-vet
(6,189 posts)It was the Trump-Pence ticket. Pence was either riding the coattails of Trump. OR is "fruit of the poison tree". Pence would not be in the line of succession if Trump had not been elected. Ryan on the other hand I don't have a guess?
Just thinking out loud?

(9,959 posts)...the Russian dossier contains the mild stuff.
bluedye33139
(1,474 posts)Trump is already attempting to dismantle the sanctions against Russia, and Flynn was working on this before they even took office. The smoking gun is the Trump campaign's efforts during the Republican convention to water down the language on Russia, and the Flynn contacts. If intelligence can find the link to Trump's finances, Trump will be toast.

Read somewhere earlier in the week that they know $19.5 billion worth has been moved. The article said the .5 was probably a brokerage fee. But that it was going through a myriad of shell companies with the trail going through the Caymans.

(61,695 posts)We have all been warned to be on the lookout for fake news and misdirection. An onslaught of either and false flags could cause disbelief when the truth is finally unveiled.

(8,203 posts)So your warning about it being potentially fake news is wise. I keep waiting for confirmation from the person who tweeted it, but so far, nothing I would call definitive.
