Insane! TPM - "Report: Trump Claimed 'Thousands' Were Bused Into NH To Vote 'Illegally'"

http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/trump-ayotte-voter-fraud-claims

By MATT SHUHAM Published FEBRUARY 10, 2017, 4:09 PM EDT

President Donald Trump reportedly brought up even more baseless claims of voter fraud on Thursday, during a closed-door meeting with several senators.

Politico first reported on Trump’s comments Friday, citing unnamed participants in a meeting between Trump and 10 senators originally meant discuss Trump’s nomination of Judge Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. Present at the meeting was former New Hampshire Sen. Kelly Ayotte, who has handled Gorsuch’s confirmation process for the White House.

Ayotte narrowly lost a re-election bid in the Granite State in November. According to Politico, she lost her race against now-Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH) by 743 votes, while Hillary Clinton won the state by nearly 3,000 votes.

Both outcomes, Trump reportedly said, were due to “thousands” of people who were “brought in on buses” from Massachusetts to vote “illegally” in the state.

Politico cited one participant at the meeting who said “an uncomfortable silence” followed that assertion

If a natural disaster happened - like if a magnitude 8 or above earthquake happened in CA, or a terror attack happened in Boston, he would not give us federal aid. He'd let us die.

Are there no decent republicans left who will acknowledge that he is utterly insane, and a clear and present danger to the country?

Can't believe that I would ever use Graham and decent in the same sentence. I remember him as an obsequious, self righteous prosecutor of Bill Clinton. It's all relative.

It was a tight race and it went back and forth. It was one of two that we picked up. If we had just gotten 1 more!! we wouldn't have DeVos.
DT is so sick. He still can't get over that he lost NH.
Meanwhile, the N Koreans are testing missiles and he's still obsessing because no one believes his preposterous lies. Sore winner. Sore cheater winner!

He just says whatever sounds 'tough' or 'observant', irrespective of reality.

Probably right about the disorder though. He is truly sick. Craven Repubs won't take him out because he is useful to them, for now.

Most of the towns are so small that most people know each other...and they would definitely notice if thousands of new people showed up to vote.

God Trump is such a lunatic...

but projecting what his campaign actually did. He did a lot of projecting through his whole campaign. I bet they would shit a brick if someone actually investigated some of his claims.
