Trump's Twitter echo chamber
I realize it's a "celebrity thing" to have zillions of Twitter followers while simultaneously only following a handful of others, but Trump's "following" list is ridiculously insular. Here's a partial list of those he deems worthy of following:
Reince Priebus- why not just go down the hall and talk?
Roma Downey- because her husband helped boost his TV career
Trump Organization and Trump Golf- really???
Tiffany Trump- the red-headed stepchild daughter
Mike Pence- easier than having to talk to him and be reminded of how ill-suited for the job he is, even compared to a nit like Pence
Vanessa Trump- who???
Lara Trump- see above
Sean Hannity- I'd follow someone who kissed my ass all day too
Melania Trump- I never understood spouses who followed each other on Twitter. WTF?
Most of the rest of his 42 "follows" are either other Trump properties around the world, or the ass-kissers at FOX News, ie Bolling, O'Reilly, and a few non-FOX cons like Ingraham and Coulter.
By comparison, Barack Obama follows 600K plus.
Clearly one of these two men is being exposed to more diverse opinions and information. Unfortunately, it's not the guy in the big chair currently.
