Interesting point WA Solicitor General makes about discovery and depositions for full court case

http://www.king5.com/news/politics/national/appeals-court-refuses-to-reinstate-trumps-travel-ban/406581342

On Thursday, Purcell told reporters that discovery and potential depositions during the full court case could provide critical insight into the events leading up to the executive order.

“We would like to get some answers about what really was the order of events,” said Purcell. “We’ve heard a number of different stories from the administration about who did what and when, and whether this was even reviewed by the national security agencies.”

Hmm, I don't think 'alternative facts' will go over too well in the courtroom.

2. Yes, there will be discovery if the case isn't withdrawn. And that discovery,

if it isn't unlawfully withheld, should prove very interesting.

That's why they are trying so desperately to keep the case from going forward.

It could get even uglier if they try to unlawfully withhold information and are discovered.

More documents -- oh, it just makes me gleeful! And the refusal to produce? Oh, that's contempt of court or contempt of congress, depending.

You'd think someone who had been sued as many times as Cheeto Benito and had lost as many times as the Mango Mendacity would have learned the minimal lesson that he never wins, but nope, they never learn.

Because the rest of us aren't really real in their heads, so how can we possibly have opinions that matter?

(I grew up with a pair of these bozos. The behavior is so predictable. Infuriating, but predictable.)

and an enabler. (He had to live with her).

Their downfall is that they think they are geniuses, and the rest of us are stupid. We do the real work, while they say things like, "Only I can save you," or, "I know more than all the generals."

In reality, they are stupid, and have not done their homework. The hard work of the judges and the lawyers will pay off. We need to listen to them now, before it is too late to stop trump and his enablers.

People like Bannon know, instinctively, how to exploit their weaknesses. We need to cut him off from trump in some way, before he can do too much damage.

How do we get to Bannon, legally, through the courts?

16. Senate confirmation - so the OGE ( which is swamped right now)

It's been two weeks and the OGE won't show their hand before they drop charges.

Or comb through history. The IGE gold farming-Goldman Sachs may be felonious ($60M isn't sofa cushion change, even at GS levels) and Activision-Blizzard may be willing to press charges. If there's one of those, there are probably more.
