Which is a very different thing from overturning or ignoring laws he doesn't like. People might want a fuhrer, but first they have to get rid of the constitution. Then they have to get rid of the majority of us real Americans.

that they are endorsing a dictatorship. Yet, these same idiots proudly call themselves "strict constructionist Constitutionalists". Just can't make this kind of stupid up.

I really do think they understand. They don't mind a dictator, as long as the dictator is dictating things they agree with. Their big blind spot is that they've forgotten that a dictator isn't likely to stop after he's successfully oppressed the unpopular people. They don't understand that a dictator will eventually get around to oppressing them.

These people are not intellectually honest and their arguments have no consistency. A lot of them are the fundie Christians who were so enthusiastic to run to the polls to vote for a slimeball like Trump. The Constitution is a convenient argument to use against anyone they don't like. That is all. It's best not to take anything they say seriously. Spare your poor brain cells.

his supporters as well. I blame the education system. I don't know that they even teach Civics anymore? And now some of the same folks who thought Obama should push outside his lane, will be happy to know that there limits on presidential powers.
